this proof is intended to be a completed sample before hitting the presses; showing you exactly how it will look after printed. what you see now is how it will print. once you have signed this written approval, any errors are your responsibility. if there are any changes after signing this release, you will be responsible for the cost of any design changes, paper costs, reprinting, and assembly (if needed). Production on your order begins shortly after you sign this release so any changes will not be accepted once the proof is approved and signed.

final proof approval is your responsibility.
signing this proof approval overrides anything previously written or spoken about. if there is a change, let us know immediately so we can update your files. you are approving this proof, not what was on any other previous proof. this proof is exactly how your order will be received on your pick up date. delaying proof approval will delay your order.
